This acrylic painting, done some time ago now, was inspired by our trip to Big Bend National Park in Texas. Amazingly, we found giant cliffs there down along the Rio Grande at that point on the river. So majestic - all on the Mexico side of the river.

Artist friend Jim Gerkin in Lancaster, Ohio, sent me this picture. It is a colored pencil portrait of “The Sheriff” that I did some time ago, and before we left Ohio, I gave it to him as a souvenir. He recently had it framed, and it looks great that way!

This was a pen and ink drawing executed during a recent session of the local Urban Sketchers group. It was done at a winery in Corrales called: “Pasando Tiempo” which means “passing time”

This is a photo of an acrylic painting called “Fire in the Woods”. Unfortunately, the colors are not very vibrant as it was done some years ago. Anyway, it was given to a granddaughter for her growing home art gallery!
