On a recent trip to western Canada, the cities that I particularly liked were Calgary and Jasper in Alberta, and Kamloops and Vancouver in British Columbia. This painting is mixed media on paper and is an impression of Calgary's downtown as seen from beautiful Prince's Island Park in the Bow River.

This painting is an impression of the view heading south on the "Turquoise Trail" from Santa Fe to Albuquerque that lies on the other side of the distant Sandia Mountains. Once again, it is mixed media on paper.

One of my favorite places in New Mexico is Valles Caldera. This painting is an impression of that area. It is also mixed media on paper.

This is another in the current series of New Mexico landscapes that I have painted this summer. This view is taken from a photo that I took up near Santa Fe last February.
