The sketch below was from August, 2019, with the Columbus Urban Sketchers at the sketch event at Jeffrey Mansion, in Bexley, Ohio. There was also a nice park on the surrounding land of this mansion. It was a nice day with some good people and a fun event. I remember it fondly. I believe there might be house tours, but we all pretty much stayed outside to sketch on a beautiful day. It is basically just ink on paper.

Going to re-post the three paintings together that I did in the late summer of 2019. This is a style that I really like and hope to do more of it in the future. From top to bottom, they are: "August 29, 2019", "Vortex # 1, September, 2019" and "Lost Title # 1, Summer, 2019".

This is the penultimate of the "pour" style paintings I did in the late summer of 2019. I had a great title for the painting, but I lost it. So I just call it: "Lost Title # 1, Summer, 2019."

This is a picture of our model the last Friday before Thanksgiving at the New Mexico Art League live model session. Her name is Juliette, and I decided to focus on the drapery and the unique pattern of her dress. She said she had gotten it in a thrift shop in Oregon!
